It's finally here! The long anticipated arrival of our very own gins, lovingly distilled by our friends Cynthia and John at Locksley Distilling Co. The first being a true authentic London Dry Gin, perfect for a classic G&T or for mixing into cocktails; botanicals include juniper, coriander, and angelica. The second being something a little more special, inspired by the Chesterfield coat of arms, and distilled with specialist equipment to get the purest flavours; Chesterfield Garden Gin.
Using a base of similar botanicals to the London Dry, before adding vacuum distilled pomegranate, sage, fig and bee pollen in exact quantities to create a beautifully balanced, fruity, and refreshing gin.
