A carefully curated pairing of artisan cheese and Brampton ales, brought together for a relaxed and flavour-led evening at Brampton Bierhuis.
On Thursday 30th July, 7:30 pm – 11:00 pm, guests will be guided through a selection of cheeses and beers, with insight into their origins, flavours, and perfect pairings.
Your £15 ticket includes:
- A talk from Simon Davidson on cheese and the story behind The Cheese Factor
- A selection of cheese tastings
- Three halves of Brampton Brewery ale, thoughtfully paired with the cheeses
A great choice for anyone who enjoys discovering how flavours work together, or simply appreciates good food and drink in good company.
I’ve heard there will be free beer?
For our Brewery Tours, your booking includes 4 tokens for half pints of our ales. You’re free to spend them however you like throughout the evening whether you order a couple of pints or try a few different halves (all our other events vary so please check individual listings when booking).
Is there parking on site?
We have a number of spaces outside the brewery. The adjacent businesses are all closed in the evenings, so parking shouldn’t be an issue.
What time do we arrive?
For our Brewery Tours, we’d suggest arriving around 7.30pm as we aim to start presenting at 8pm. The Bierhuis bar is open from midday on Friday’s though, so you’re free to arrive as early as you’d like. All our other event times are listed in their descriptions on our website.
